Episode 113 - Fresh

Dragon on The Couch: The Dragon watched Living with Chucky (Theatres), a documentary about the famous horror character. She liked it, and thought it was interesting to hear the backstory, especially about the practical effects and puppeteers. Next, she watched Deadstream (Shudder), a horror film about a person filming a youtube show. She really enjoyed it and liked the premise a lot. The Dragon watched Halloween Ends (Theatres/Peacock), the finale to the latest instalment of the franchise, she thought it was terrible. Finally, she talked about The Midnight Club (Netflix), Mike Flanagan’s latest show. She hasn’t finished it, but thus far she loves it and is excited that we get a new Flanagan show every October to look forward to.

 

Berto on the Bed: Berto watched Nightmare On Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors (Tubi). He thought it was terribly acted with a terrible script, but wildly fun. Next, Berto watched House On Haunted Hill (HBO), the late 90’s horror film. He found it to be better than he expected despite the terrible CGI at the end. Berto watched the latest 2 seasons of Wellington Paranormal (HBO), he thought it was really good, fun, and funny. Next, in Joe Bob corner, Berto watched Anthropophagus (Shudder), an Italian horror film, which he hated and thought was awful. Then he watched Black Sunday (Shudder), a 1960’s Italian horror movie which he thought was good for what it is.
