Episode 117 - Monty Python’s Life of Brian

Dragon on the Couch: The Dragon entered into 90s sexy thriller territory and watched Raising Cain (Rent), which is a bananas de Palma movie she liked ok; Consenting Adults (Rent), a movie about swinging neighbors that was slightly better but still ok; and Sliver (Prime), a Sharon Stone sexy murder thriller that has truly bad dialogue to the point that it is super fun to watch. She also ventured out and saw The Banshees of Inisherin (Threatres), an Irish film starring Colin Farrell that she really enjoyed. Finally, The Dragon watched the 1993 Super Mario Bros, which is not streaming anywhere and is a super fun and ridiculous 90s kids movie.

 

Berto on the Bed: Berto got out to the theatre and was Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (Theater), which he liked but felt it did have some problems. On his couch, he watched the director's cut of Kingdom of Heaven (Prime), an over 3 hour epic that he liked. In Bond corner, Berto saw From Russia With Love (Paramount+), an ok movie that wasn't as good as the others. He watched Smile (Paramount+), a 2022 horror movie he liked, except the ending. Finally, Berto watched American Mary (Tubi), a horror movie about a surgeon that he liked, but felt the ending was too abrupt.
