Episode 50 - Scary Movie

Dragon on the Couch: The Dragon stayed off the couch this week in favor of the theatre and saw The Green Knight (Theatres), which she really liked but recognizes that it is a tone poem and not for everyone, and The Suicide Squad (Theatres and HBO), which she also really liked.

 

Berto on the Bed: Berto also saw Suicide Squad this week and agrees that it was great. He saw Polar (Netlix), a stylized action film starring Mads Mikkelsen, which he felt was a lot of fun to watch. And lastly, Berto watched season two of the series The Movies That Made Us (Netflix), which recounts the making of four movies that had huge cultural impacts and that he recommends. 

 

Dragon at the Movies: This week's deep dive is the 2000 horror-movie-spoof comedy Scary Movie (HBO).
