Episode 57 - Armageddon

Dragon on the Couch: The Dragon watched the 1987 James L. Brooks workplace dramedy Broadcast News (HBO) and really enjoyed it. And no, she will NOT call it a rom-com. She also ventured into the theatre to see Malignant (HBO and Theatres), a B horror movie that she liked but recognizes that it might not actually be good.

Berto on the Bed: Berto also saw Malignant and loved that, for him, it became a comedy after the twist. He also saw the man's man movie Copshop (Theatres), and liked it for what it is, a dumb cop action movie. Lastly, Berto saw Daredevil (Prime) and Elektra (Prime), both of which he felt were pretentious attempts at super hero movies before anyone figured out the formula. 

Dragon at the Movies: This week's deep dive is the 1998 Michael Bay action movie Armageddon, currently streaming on Amazon Prime.
